By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Kiss Lama platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Kiss Lama regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

Kiss Lama services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. Kiss Lama reserves the right to decline any registration or close the account of any individual found not to meet these requirements.

Kiss Lama takes underage gambling seriously. Any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual will be suspended immediately and investigated. If confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all remaining balances forfeited.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at Kiss Lama. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Kiss Lama shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

Kiss Lama accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through legitimate payment methods available in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per application.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 business hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
• Kiss Lama reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
• All processing fees, where applicable, will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

Kiss Lama offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time to eligible members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in its respective promotion terms, which are to be read together with these general Terms & Conditions.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member.
• All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering (rollover) requirements — typically between 5x and 20x the bonus value.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Kiss Lama reserves the right to forfeit any bonus if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• One account, one IP address, one device — each is only eligible for one bonus claim at a time.

Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts without any refund.

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless a verified technical error has occurred.
• A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used in slots and lottery games to ensure fairness.
• Sports Betting covers local football leagues (Liga Super Malaysia), EPL, badminton, e-sports, and more.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are stated within each game.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or use third-party software is strictly prohibited.
• Kiss Lama reserves the right to void any bets suspected of involving insider information or match manipulation.

As a Kiss Lama member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. You also agree that the following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kiss Lama platform.

• Registering more than one account using the same or different information.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with any party.
• Engaging in any activity that may be classified as money laundering.
• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Spreading false or misleading information about Kiss Lama to the public.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt Kiss Lama's systems or servers.
• Placing syndicate bets or colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at Kiss Lama staff.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member for responsible gambling reasons.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, Kiss Lama reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. For account closures requested by the member, any remaining balance will be returned once the review process is complete.

Kiss Lama shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to the following situations.

• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third parties in relation to games or odds.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any financial decisions you make based on information found on this platform.
