• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of 6 years after the business relationship ends, in line with Malaysia's AML/CTF requirements.
• Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years for financial audit and tax compliance purposes.
• Technical Log: Retained for 90 days for security and incident investigation purposes.
• Support Communications: Retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction.

Once the retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted or fully anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you.
